Training Administrator

 

Job Description

Work Savvy Training is seeking a Training Administration to support our Training Operations Manager in the delivery of quality training services and ensuring ongoing compliance in all areas of our Accredited Training and RTO operations.  

This position is a new position and is ideally suited for a person who has a hands on approach who can grow in the position as the operations of our training services expand.  

The role would cover such activities as overseeing student enrollments, maintaining and completing student records, handling email and phone enquiries and data entry into our internal database system. Additionally it would involve supporting our Training Operations Manager in the management of files associated with AQTF compliance and Government funded training as well as the co-ordination of trainers, information sessions, training plans, training schedules, course advertising and general training resources.  

This role is based at our Penrith office.

 

Criteria

Essential  

  • Strong administrative background
  • Sound Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience working with database system/s
  • Have a good eye for detail
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal & written communications skills  
  • Have a flexible “can do” attitude
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Willingness to undertake further study
  • Drivers Licence
   

 

    Desirable  
  • Previous experience within a Registered Training Organisation or the VET sector
  • Have knowledge of AQTF practices
  • Qualifications in Business or Training (eg Cert IV)
  • Own vehicle
  • Ability to travel if required
